What can I say about this couple? They were ready to get married.

I was contacted by the bride a year and a few weeks before their wedding. They didn't get me immediately after the meeting. I've let the bride go over the things that I've said that would matter to her wedding preparations. She contacted other coordinators too and compared what I can offer her for on the day coordination. She called me back and was ready to book.

Maycy was and IS an OC bride. She was really hands on and very vocal with everything, and which I appreciated. Paulo on the other hand was the quiet type, just working on the background, supporting his bride. Little did I know that I've made quite an impression on him.

During the time that they booked me, Maycy and Paulo were still booking other suppliers. The good thing about it, she took advantage of our unlimited consulation --- and didn't put any chance to waste. Email, phone calls, texts, ym chat -- you name it. The good thing about it, we only had one meeting for the preparations. We were synchronized from the start. She wanted to have a simple but elegant wedding -- and that is what I gave her.



Maycy learned to let go of the little things despite her OC-ness. Everything did fall into place right after. The little things didn't matter because at the end of the aisle, Paulo was waiting by the altar.

This was one event that I didn't emcee AND a wedding wherein I got down and dirty, literally --- with love and care when we had to snip a few feet from the veil! No regrets there. All the suppliers, guests and of course the couple just enjoyed the day and had fun!
