How is Lifestyle different compared to other coordinating groups?

Specialized Team Members - our staff is trained on a specific post during an event.

Emcee - three out of four service packages already include an Emcee. So our clients need not to worry about sourcing out an Emcee.

How many meetings would we have?

The number of meetings would depend on the service package contracted with us. From a minimum of three ( 3 ) meetings for On the Day Coordination Service to unlimited meetings for Full Planning and Coordination Service. The number of meetings shall begin count after the booking.



Do you cater to out of town functions?

Yes we do. Aside from coordinating function in Metro Manila, we also coordinate out-of-town functions. Charges may apply.



How many are you in the team during the event?

Depending on the number of guests and the actual scope of work on the day of the event, the team will be composed of a minimum of six ( 6 ) members. Five ( 5 ) staff + one ( 1 ) team leader ( Ms. Chacha ). Each member of the team has a specialized roles on the day of the event.



What does your team wear during an event?

The team would come professionally and decently dressed in a white short sleeved shirt with black pants. We would like to be distinguished from the guests, therefore, easier to identify in the crowd. Also, the team would need comfortable clothing as they perform the various tasks during the function.



How competent is your staff?

The team is composed of professionals ( dentists, call center managers, gov't employee to name a few) who do coordinating jobs at a part-time basis who can confidently converse with clients / guests in English and Tagalog.

They have had hands-on training in the field of event management through numberous events the company has handled.
What is your means of transportation on the day of the event?

The entire team is transported from the head office to the different locations on the day of the event in a private van.
